Our Substitution Policy

Substitutions

Occasionally, substitutions are necessary due to seasonal or local availability issues. We simply do not stock all of the flowers we show, every day. Nor do we have every container at all times. If this is the case with the gift you've selected, our experienced designers will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will substitute only fresh flowers of equal or higher value. To avoid surprise substitutions please take the time to phone in your order, and ask about current availability with respect to your selection.
